Our Process
Initial Conversation
When you reach out to us about your wood home, we will work with you to determine your goals and the scope of the project.
On-Site Inspection
New Wood will then set up an appointment to view your property. We travel almost anywhere in Ontario, Canada.
Free Quote
Once we have assessed the scope of the work and considered your goals, we will present you with a customized quote for your project.
Contract Presentation
Upon your acceptance of the quote, you will be presented with a contract. Once it has been signed and your deposit has been recieved, we will set a schedule for your project.
The Restoration
New Wood restores your project with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Follow Up
The final payment is paid and any questions or upkeep tips will be discussed by the homeowner and New Wood.
Service Warranty
We offer a 10-year warranty on all work performed. This warranty is valid with simple maintenance procedures done by the homeowner or provided by New Wood’s home maintenance program. For example, hot water washing the home annually.
